Sriram Raghavan has given a master piece with Badlapur. With all its gore, sex, violence, bloodshed and extremely twisted mind tricks being incorporated so deftly in the screenplay, Raghavan has made sure that it doesn't become another an all-style, no-brainer, affair. The hero becomes the anti-hero and the villain turns into this emphathizing figure. This unique take on revenge/ main apna badla lunga;) where for once the hero is not walking away as the 'ultimate stud' after getting his revenge is as kickass as it can get.
Statutory Warning: Movie buffs whose staple diet is movies like Kick, Happy New Year, SOTY or even Ghajini may find Badlapur pretty-hard-to-digest. 









Nawazuddin, undoubtedly and unquestionably the best n Varun intimidating and pitiful as 'Raghu', one wouldn't want to be anything like that
